OUR STORY
Bio Decon started in March of 2024 with a simple mission to help people clean up and move forward after life’s toughest situations. What began as a small local business quickly turned into something more meaningful. When families call, they’re not just looking for a cleaning service, they’re looking for someone who understands the situation and can help them through it.
Some projects require more than just cleaning. Depending on the damage, we may need to remove flooring, subflooring, sheetrock, or even personal belongings that can never be replaced. Our goal is to restore the property completely and make it feel like home again. We handle everything from start to finish and can replace what needs to be replaced to bring the house back to normal.
We also work directly with insurance companies to make the process easier for our clients. For those without insurance coverage, we provide in-house financing options. Financing requires 50% down, and we offer a 8% interest rate. If you are selling the property, we can work with you until the closing table. As a licensed Texas Realtor, the owner, Kirk Neal, can help you prepare and list the home for sale. In those cases, the in-house financing interest rate is waived entirely.
Texas also provides up to $2,000 in compensation for homicide cleanups if approved, and we will help guide you through that process every step of the way.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Bio Decon was founded by Kirk Neal, an East Texas native with a strong background in service, construction, and business. Kirk started Bio Decon in 2024 after recognizing how few reliable and compassionate cleanup services were available in his community.
He saw firsthand how families struggled after traumatic events and wanted to build a company that could help ease that burden. His goal from the start was simple; to handle the hard work while treating every situation with care and respect.
Kirk’s experience spans several fields, including construction, real estate, and funeral service assistance. These experiences taught him the importance of detail, professionalism, and trust in every job. For him, cleanup work is not just about restoring spaces; it’s about helping people find peace of mind again.
Under his leadership, Bio Decon has continued to grow steadily. Kirk focuses on doing things the right way; offering honest help, standing by his word, and improving the services and products the company provides.
